For full regulations, please read our Term & Conditions carefully. By buying a festival ticket or accessing the festival, you conform yourself to the general rules & conditions of Cirque Magique.

Mobility

Where is the festival located?

If you follow your GPS, enter following address: Kasteel Van Bossuit, Doorniksesteenweg 581, 8580 Avelgem (Belgium). Once arrived, follow the signs.

How do I get there by public transport?

Will there be parking space available?

There will be enough parking space for all visitors since the number of guests is limited. Park at the public parkings.

Is Cirque Magique wheelchair-friendly?

Yes it is, but keep in mind we are partying in a grass field with no floor.

What is the minimum age to attend Cirque Magique?

Entering Cirque Magique, you have to be at least 16 years old. This is a strict policy. Anybody under the age of 16, even if accompanied by an adult, will not be permitted entrance.

Will there be lockers at the festival?

Yes, you can store your valuable belongings without having to worry about loss or theft. Locker vouchers are available in the ticketshop.

Can I bring drugs to Cirque Magique?

Cirque Magique conducts a zero tolerance policy on both the festival and campsite. It is prohibited to use, deal or be in possession of any kind of drugs. Security and organization can deny access to anybody who looks intoxicated by alcohol, drugs or any other substances. We can only allow specific medications if you have a valid medical certificate.

Do I have to bring my ID?

Yes, the organization is allowed to check your identity card. If you are not able to show a valid ID, access to the festival can be denied without the right to refund the entrance fee. Copies of your ID will not be accepted.

Can I bring my own camera?

Yes, with exception of (semi) professional equipment.

Can I work at Cirque Magique?

Depends on what you want to do, but sure you can! Contact our crew-supplier ‘First in Line’ for more info via crew@firstinline.be.

Can I volunteer at Cirque Magique?

How can I reach Lost & Found?

If you lose something at the festival, you can go to the info booth to take a look. After the festival you can send an e-mail to info@cirquemagique.eu.

Can I promote my own event at Cirque Magique?

If you want to promote your event, contact info@cirquemagique.eu in advance!

Tickets

Where do I buy official tickets?

Tickets are exclusively available on cirquemagique.eu. Our official ticket provider is Paylogic. Tickets from any other website, shop or person can’t be verified as official tickets. Please keep in mind that in case we sell out, you are advised to purchase tickets through an official Ticket Website. Go to www.ilovemyticket.com for more info. The organization is not responsible for the tickets that are not purchased directly.

Can I cancel my ticket and get a refund?

Tickets can not be cancelled or refunded. All purchases are final.

If because of governmental decisions we have to cancel or postpone, the current law protects all parties.

Can I resell my ticket?

You can sell your ticket to friends or family but please be aware of the Belgian law regarding reselling tickets! Go to ilovemyticket.com for more info. We strongly discourage to buy tickets from other people, as we can not guarantee the validity of the ticket being sold.

I lost/deleted my ticket! What do I need to do?

No problem at all! Please take a look on the support page customerservice.paylogic.com. Take good care of your wristband, as the organization is not responsible for loss or theft.

Do you offer VIP tickets?

This is a special editionof our beloved festival, so we decided that everybody is a VIP.

We will not offer a specific VIP area this year.

Can I leave the festival and re-enter later on?

You can enter and exit the festival site whenever you want during opening hours.
