Entering Cirque Magique, you have to be at least 16 years old. This is a strict policy. Anybody under the age of 16, even if accompanied by an adult, will not be permitted entrance.
Yes, you can store your valuable belongings without having to worry about loss or theft. Locker vouchers are available in the ticketshop.
Cirque Magique conducts a zero tolerance policy on both the festival and campsite. It is prohibited to use, deal or be in possession of any kind of drugs. Security and organization can deny access to anybody who looks intoxicated by alcohol, drugs or any other substances. We can only allow specific medications if you have a valid medical certificate.
Yes, the organization is allowed to check your identity card. If you are not able to show a valid ID, access to the festival can be denied without the right to refund the entrance fee. Copies of your ID will not be accepted.
Yes, with exception of (semi) professional equipment.

If you lose something at the festival, you can go to the info booth to take a look. After the festival you can send an e-mail to info@cirquemagique.eu.

Tickets
Tickets are exclusively available on cirquemagique.eu. Our official ticket provider is Paylogic. Tickets from any other website, shop or person can’t be verified as official tickets. Please keep in mind that in case we sell out, you are advised to purchase tickets through an official Ticket Website. Go to www.ilovemyticket.com for more info. The organization is not responsible for the tickets that are not purchased directly.
Tickets can not be cancelled or refunded. All purchases are final. If because of governmental decisions we have to cancel or postpone, the current law protects all parties. You can find all info on = https://economie.fgov.be/nl/themas/ondernemingen/coronavirus/coronavirus-annulering-van
You can sell your ticket to friends or family but please be aware of the Belgian law regarding reselling tickets! Go to ilovemyticket.com for more info. We strongly discourage to buy tickets from other people, as we can not guarantee the validity of the ticket being sold.

This is a special editionof our beloved festival, so we decided that everybody is a VIP. We will not offer a specific VIP area this year.
You can enter and exit the festival site whenever you want during opening hours.
Camping
The campsite is only accessible with a Full Circus Experience AND Camping Ticket.
No, you also need a valid festival access ticket (Daywalker or Full Circus Experience) to enter the campsite.
The campsite opens on Friday, the 11th of August at 12h00. The campsite closes on Monday, the 14th of August at 12h00.
We have toilets, showers, running water, electricity points.
Yes you can, but the amount of alcohol is limited to one bottle of liquor and 4 litres of beer per person. Glass bottles are not allowed.
The campsite is only accessible with a Full Circus Experience, Full Circus Experience VIP or Camping Only ticket.
Camper/Caravan area can only be reached on Friday the 11th of August between 16h00 and 22h00. At 22h00 the entrance gate closes and campers/caravans are no longer allowed even though having a valid voucher.
A caravan/camper pitch is max. 18m2 (6m x 3m). If your vehicle/set-up is wider and/or longer than 18m2 (6m x 3m) please contact our organization by mail. Placing a tent near your caravan/camper is allowed, as long as you remain within your assigned section of 3m x 6m.
Only vehicles who are actually registered as "camping vehicle" are allowed. No temporarily converted vehicles (example: a van with a mattress). Cars are not permitted on the premises. You are allowed to place your caravan on your assigned section but you must park the car on the camping parking afterwards.
The general camping regulations also apply to the caravan and camper areas. No sound systems allowed, no gas, no excessive amount of alcohol, no glass, no fireworks, no sofas, no bikes, etc.

• Shopping carts (only wheelbarrows and trolleys that fit through the gates are allowed)
• Glass or other sharp objects (including glass jars with food)
• Draft beer installations (of any kind)
• Gas cylinders (only the smallest size of max. 250g is allowed)

• Open fire between the tents (barbecue or small gas fires can only be used at the barbecue areas)
• Aggregates, car batteries, power groups or generators
• Pets except guide dogs for people with visual disabilities
• Drugs or other narcotic substances or substances that could be used as drugs
• Weapons or items that could be used as a weapon
• Climbing and/or destruction of fences and/or other facilities or infrastructures
• Graffiti, confetti, party poppers, fireworks, coloured smoke etc.
• Clothing that can be provocative or contains provocative messaging
• fluorescent jackets, technical or emergency uniforms
• Trade in goods of any kind without permission from Cirque Magique
• Being under the influence of, or selling any kind of drugs
• Barricading the emergency exits
• Distributing promotion materials and propaganda (flyers, posters, banners, ...)
• Any form of verbal and non-verbal aggression, provocation or any behaviour that endagers yourself or others
• Disrespecting or disobeying Cirque Magique staff members or volunteers
• Discriminatory, racist, or sexist symbols or text.
• Discriminatory, racist or sexual harassment.
